Weekly Results – week ending 2/23/18
SentSwing II first exited profitable long trades, and then today exited losing short trades. Three intraday systems traded (Lion II Vol, Lion III Vol and Tiger Vol), and all had a profitable week.
It looks like the market is settling down back to a stable level of volatility with a bullish trend. We shall see if this continues. In the bullish camp there is good earnings growth and TINA (There Is No Alternative – equities best place to invest because of low interest rates and high real estate prices). In the bearish camp there are high valuations and an increasing reduction in the Fed’s balance sheet. The latter may not cause a bear market, but I am guessing it will restrain bull market momentum.
