Trendfinder Trading Systems

It was a losing week for every system except Cougar.

This week 5 systems had gains and 8 had losses.  So far February is treating us better than January – only two systems don’t have gains for the month.  On a similar note, I’ve completed testing of an update for Jaguar and Leopard that will go into effect on Monday – more to come in a later post.

Mixed bag this week – 9 systems had gains and 4 systems had losses.

This week 7 systems had gains and 6 systems had losses.  Lion was the big winner.

6 systems had a gain and 5 systems had a loss this week.

It was a rough week for these systems.

This week 2 systems had gains and the rest had losses.   I’ve added a couple of columns (per subscriber request) to help you track how systems are performing over a longer period of time.  Weekly results will have month-to-date and year-to-date results added, and monthly results will have year-to-date and past 12 months results added.

There were some very large daily  ranges this week which may be hinting of higher volality coming.  If so, that may be indicating higher profits (and losses) coming in the future.  It also may be indicating the beginnings of a market top.  As always, we shall see.

Very little action this week.  Most systems took one long trade and had a small loss.

Not much movement in the market this week.  The results for the systems were small gains and losses.

There was much less trading this week.  Every system that traded ended with a gain or near breakeven.
